北市水門明早6時起管制　車輛只出不進

【郭美瑜／台北報導】因應菲特颱風來襲，台北市政府今晚宣布，明早6時起啟動水門「只出不進」管制措施，請民眾勿再將車輛駛入河川區停放。

另淡5-1（國順）疏散門因地勢低窪，明天上午11時前關閉，北市府也籲目前停放在河川區域的車主，密切注意疏散門關閉訊息。
