【戴之聖／基隆報導】菲特中颱逼近，女子不慎落海！今天深夜11時許，基隆市消防人員獲報，安樂區大武崙漁港有民眾落海，警消人員到場發現，1名24歲女子卡在防波堤，趕緊將她救上岸，送基隆長庚醫院就診。
