完整圖文版: http://ikaandfun.pixnet.net/blog/post/100783057 前幾年因為沉迷在 olay 滋潤保溼乳液， 最後可能自己不太適合，造成肌膚在夏天竟然也乾巴巴的， 從此開始迷上保濕這個大工程。 現在我換季後的保養名單如下: 1. 自白肌 (清爽型) 濕敷 10 min 2. 卡尼爾敏弱肌保濕霜 3. 自白肌精華液 (如果覺得保溼不夠力的話會加這罐) 4. 思麗安乳膏 (長了痘子時必用) 自從開始使用化妝水濕敷後， 肌膚的保濕力大大的往上提升了約 2 個 cup，太力害了。 如果大家也有乾巴巴肌的困擾，或許可以試試化妝水濕敷後再上乳液。 還有還有，有沒有濕敷用，俗歌大碗的化妝水可以推薦一下? 雖然自白肌是目前我用過最好用的! 但，用量很兇啊..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.154.100
