標題[心得] 很不推的中原第一家麻辣豆腐

今天到店裏面點了麻辣豆腐+泡麵 90元 湯頭喝的第一口，是苦的 豆腐不是臭豆腐… 第一次吃到這麼難吃的麻辣臭豆腐… 湯頭很不ok，豆腐也很不ok 中央宵夜街的暗黑料理街的尾端麻辣鴨血豆腐都比這家強太多了！！ 真是令人失望中的失望。 心目中，中壢優秀的麻辣臭豆腐仍是中壢夜市的簡師傅，湯頭好喝，豆腐夠臭 清敦的，則是台北饒河夜市的施老闆的麻辣臭豆腐 第一家麻辣豆腐真的難以入口 吃了幾口就不吃了。 不能明白它仍在中原立足多年… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.128.213
