【詹健全／台北報導】全國運動會展開游泳首日賽程就傳出佳績，游泳天王許志傑在男子200混合式決賽中，飆出2分04秒13，不僅奪下今年全運個人首金，也成功游破自己於3年前締造的全國紀錄2分04秒91，這也是今年全運游泳首破全國紀錄的佳績。
