陸銀早預留資金 「錢荒」不致重演

Shibor利率昨天全線上升，令市場關注「錢荒」是否即將重演。大陸央行貨幣政策委員宋國青表示，資金暫時放鬆局面已告終結，大陸貨幣政策會略為收緊。

宋國青現任北京大學國家發展研究院教授，是委員會內三位學界代表之一。中銀國際分析師葉丙南也預期，美國逐步退出量化寬鬆（QE）後，資金流出壓力將會進一步擴大，預計大陸央行仍會維持穩健偏緊的貨幣政策。對於「錢荒」是否再次重演，東方證券銀行業分析師金麟認為，有了上一次的教訓，各大銀行已經「學乖」，並充分預留流動性，錢荒再次重演機率不高。
