三發8億標下夢時代對面土地

【劉曉霞／台北報導】為儲備明後年土地，三發地產今天公告，從高雄市政府都市發展局以每坪83.83萬元，標下高雄統一夢時代對面土地，總計取得1024.57坪土地，共8.59億元。

三發取得土地位在高雄市時代大道、中華路五段間，正好位在高雄統一夢時代對面，三發地產總經理特助劉潔芝表示，今天才得知標下土地，目前尚未有初步規劃。
