監聽關說案 監院約詢2檢察官

（中央社記者葉素萍台北24日電）監察院調查關說、監聽及洩密案，今天約詢高等法院檢察署襄閱主任檢察官郭文東、主任檢察官蔡薰慧。

查案監察委員洪德旋、吳豐山表示，約詢郭文東、蔡薰慧，目的在了解分案給檢察官林秀濤過程，及林秀濤簽報不上訴後，3人互動情形。

至於案情內容，監委們依監察法規定，不對外說明。

監察院調查關說、監聽及洩密案，已約詢林秀濤、高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官陳正芬、前法務部長曾勇夫及檢察總長黃世銘。1021024
