標題[請問] 抓漏工程問題

各位板友好 因為家裡有一面牆會有漏水的跡象,而牆的另一面則有壁癌 所以這時候想請抓漏師傅來家裡做估價以及施工 可是這時候心裡有個疑問 希望有經驗的人可以告知 例如像這種工程會簽什麼契約之類的嗎 因為很怕如果錢花下去了 但是問題在一個禮拜後又出現...... 或者是 有所謂的先給訂金等施工完在付全款這類的東西嗎 謝謝各位不吝回答 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.38.13
