張道榕兒侄當人頭 估賺330萬

老牌食品大廠黑松公司去年標售微風二期土地，監察人張道榕事先將利多訊息告知胞兄，透過兒子與侄子充當人頭買股，潛在獲利330萬元；台北地檢署認為張涉及內線交易罪，昨（7）日搜索約談黑松張家共六人。

同案約談包括張道榕胞兄張道昇、張道榕兒子張智泓（出國未到案）、張智權，張道昇兒子張智堅、張智傑等家族成員；張道榕兄弟檔坦承有下單，稱是日常操作買賣，沒有不法。

黑松去年9月標售台北市微風廣場旁停車場土地，占地1,345坪，原本微風廖家預定規劃為高檔美食廣場或精品旅館，後來黑松出現董監改選之爭，董事會決議處分土地，由潤泰創新以近82億元得標，創下住宅區土地標售總價新高。
