台灣北部房價時在高的離譜...

現實就是這樣阿,我去過澳洲GoldCoast,
50km長的世界級白沙灘景觀大樓,完全打趴台北那些河景大樓.
價錢還比台灣便宜.....但是沒人能炒作.
因為澳洲地太大,人太少,野生袋鼠有幾千萬隻,還比人口多@@

台灣北部就方圓幾十公里這麼小,卻有1000萬人口,差不多半個澳洲人口.
自然搶地搶的很兇,房地產變成投資商品了.
在台北蓋更多的合宜住宅,也只是增加更多投資標的而已.
...遷都以及把產業移到台北以外,可能還比較有用點.
但難如登天吧,台北市民第一個反對....因為會影響房價.
