拿起訴來判斷人格…偏見的無情

蔣家第四代的蔣友青，因涉嫌恐嚇美國學校及其副校長，被檢察官起訴。筆者預期蔣友青的種種，又將再次受到媒體關注。

但從司法程序來看，起訴，不過是偵查程序的一個結果。

也就是說，遭到起訴，不過是檢方考量所有偵查所得證據後，所得出法律上的暫時性評價，並不是終局確定判決，也不代表著可以再次藉此審斷蔣友青的所有言行、名譽或其人格。

如果對日前他在媒體前的脫序、不受控制言行，記憶猶新。我們是否願意放下偏見，聆聽蔣友青孩氣般的言談，此時或許更該細細體會，他所要講關於豪門後代不一樣的故事！
