請問我中年將邁向老年的父親適合騎單車嗎？

各位大大大家好

小弟我父親退休有3年了，目前60

身體安然無恙，無遺傳疾病，沒有高血壓/心臟病…等常見慢性病

最近買了台體脂肪機給他，卻發現它體脂肪竟高達25% !!!

172cm/67kg 雖然BMI 算正常但仍不免擔心一下

據我所知他這3年來沒什麼運動，頂多散散步

小兒我就想了很多運動

跑步太傷膝蓋/冬天游泳有危險性/球類太激烈.....

加上年節將至

送點東西給父親照顧身體

就想說單車不知道適不適合他？

基本上不考慮公路車

（以下疑問對於60歲中高齡者而言)

登山車是否適合？

若只騎在單車道上，危險性應該不高？

是否該準備心率器以利其穩定於70%最高心跳行駛？

有沒有必要帶他一同上健身房做一些基本的肌力訓練（擔心他騎不久就酸痛放棄）？

目前預算5萬內，越是安全越好
