非法吸金2億逃泰國 刑事局今押解回台

涉嫌非法吸金的盛世達公司李姓負責人，日前在泰國落網，刑事局今天成功將他押解返台。警方調查，李姓主嫌在台期間，以高額利潤為誘餌，吸引大批民眾投資，得手之後卻捲款潛逃，造成數百人遭詐騙得逞，總共損失金額更是高達二億四千萬元。

李姓負責人從四年前開始，謊稱公司在泰國設廠獲利豐厚，但需要資金擴充產能，誘騙民眾每人拿十萬元投資，每個月就可分得五千元紅利，嫌犯甚至以老鼠會方式要投資人介紹親友一起來賺，但他在取得大量資金之後，去年三月捲款逃到泰國，被害人發現被騙，公司已人去樓空。初步估計，有數百人受害，嫌犯得手金額高達二億四千多萬元。

刑事局日前發現，李姓負責人在泰國期間，疑似使用荷蘭護照逃避查緝，所幸台泰兩國警方合作密切，經過情資交換，日前在曼谷嫌犯住處將李姓男子逮個正著，刑事局也在十號成功將嫌犯押解回台。雖然李姓男子供稱，他沒有詐騙，是公司營運不佳虧光了，不過，警方懷疑他的供詞，將深入調查。
