發言尺度過寬？檢評會發言人彭文正不續聘

檢察官評鑑委員會將檢察總長黃世銘報法務部移送監察院審議並建議撤職，台大新研所教授、第一屆檢評會發言人彭文正確定不續聘，傳出原因是發言尺度過寬。身為媒體人，彭文正上午表示，評鑑不能妨害真理被發現，「任何事情放陽光下及通風處，才不會發霉。」
