彰化大火燒傷的8月大男嬰 轉送中榮插管

彰化芳苑住宅大火，造成一死一傷一命危的慘劇，其中，全身二度燒燙傷的八月大洪姓男嬰，下午轉送台中榮總，目前插管治療，還沒有脫離險境。

台中榮總表示，八月大洪姓男嬰下午插管後，轉送榮總，因為生命狀況不穩定，到醫院門口時，一度停止呼吸心跳，幸好醫護人員立即進行心肺復甦術搶救，才又恢復呼吸心跳，轉到兒童加護病房。 目前進行燒燙傷傷口清創手術，必須等生命狀況穩定後，才能進行高壓氧治療。 台中榮總急診外科主任林子傑說，男嬰除了身上二度燒燙傷，最嚴重的是發現時，男嬰已沒有呼吸心跳，急救搶回，造成的缺氧性腦病變、以及吸入性嗆傷一氧化碳等毒氣，造成肺部傷害。目前男嬰插管治療，深度昏迷，並未脫離險境。
