法國經濟不振 恐成「歐洲病夫」

隨著南歐國家開始顯現復甦徵兆，近年經濟疲弱不振的法國，若無法振作起來，很可能被貼上「歐洲病夫」的標籤。

法國經濟最近五年經歷三年衰退，各種體質弱點開始原形畢露：2013年第3季成長率幾乎原地踏步，失業率自2010年的7.8%升抵10.9%，在金融危機前始終保持順差的經常帳，現在卻是持續出現逆差。

在德國、西班牙及葡萄牙廠商採收改革果實之際，最新調查數據顯示法製造業可能仍在萎縮之中。

法國總統歐蘭德14日將發表第二階段的經濟策略，但在此同時，國內外均視其缺乏推動重大改革所需的領導能力。根據YouGov民調，歐蘭德本身的施政滿意度在上周跌至15%，是歷來總統的新低。

大多數分析師預測法國長期潛在實質成長率僅約1.2%，不如美國及英國的3%及2.2%。
