消基會批飯店違法　業者：會儘快改善

【陳如嬌／台北報導】消基會今公布抽查20家飯店定金的調查結果，發現有14家收取房價的全額做為定金，不符合法令規定，其中包括柯達大飯店基隆店、劍湖山王子大飯店等知名飯店；君品飯店則是民眾取消訂房時的退費比例不符定型化契約規定。對此，遭點名的飯店均表示，會儘快改善。

基隆柯達飯店表示，據其了解，市場上只要是透過網站訂房，定金幾乎都是收取房價全額，既然有違定型化契約相關規定，會盡快改善。劍湖山王子飯店表示，網路訂房系統是以網路商城的概念在經營，因此訂房收取全額房價，在得知違反規定後，該公司會盡快修正，以符合定型化契約規定。

君品飯店則表示，定型化契約部份規定去年已做修正，公司一時疏忽沒有及時對取消訂房退費比例做修正，絕非故意違法，會立即改善。
