統一獅「嘟嘟」潘威倫赴日本自主訓練中，雖然還沒跟獅隊簽下合約，不過領隊蘇泰安說「球團提供給嘟嘟2年複數年約，基本上已達成共識」，據了解，獅隊給嘟嘟第1年的月薪是40萬元，另有激勵獎金，但蘇泰安沒有證實。

嘟嘟先前與獅隊簽3年複數年約，去年的月薪是55萬元，但嘟嘟因傷癒復出，戰績6勝9敗、防禦率5.47，成績不如預期，合約期滿，今年再與獅隊談約，減薪難免，只是減薪多少，獅隊不願證實，蘇泰安僅說「等嘟嘟從日本自主訓練回來之後，簽下新約再對外公布」。

跟嘟嘟一起到日本自主訓練的高建三，蘇泰安說「高建三已經簽定2年的複數年約」，陳鏞基也已經談了差不多，至於是簽2年或3年，蘇泰安表示「需進一步協商」，最慢下周一就會對外公布。
