助放高鐵炸彈辯受迫　法官斥卸責

新北地院今重判協助律師炸彈客胡宗賢的計程車司機朱亞東12年，合議庭斥朱男貪圖高額報酬、不辨是非，且於執行計畫期間，從種種跡象已能明瞭胡男的犯案計畫對社會危害甚鉅，卻未選擇停止或阻止，到案後辯稱遭胡男恐嚇脅迫而不得已配合，企圖營造自己別無選擇之困境，藉此淡化自身罪責。

不過合議庭認為，朱男並非策畫者，惡性難與胡男相比擬，因此刑責略低。在押的胡男與朱男今均到庭比肩聆判，面無表情，宣判後均還押。（黃哲民／新北報導）
