為何要痛下殺手？謝依涵：「當時像著了魔。」

台灣高等法院今天召開八里雙屍命案的準備庭，謝依涵在接受法官邱忠義詢問當時殺人是什麼感覺時回稱，「好像著了魔一樣。」

謝依涵在應訊時表示，她沒有要推卸責任，但當時殺害陳進福夫婦時，真的像著了魔一樣，現在回想起來，還是想不透為何有辦法痛下殺手。她說，當時腦袋一片空白，只一直重複想著陳進福夫婦對她不好的片段，卻沒想到奪走兩條人命會造成兩個家庭的破裂，及牽扯到很多無辜的人。

至於，謝依涵是否延押，法官並未在準備庭中召開延押庭，將由合議庭做出是否延押的裁定。
