初四迎財神遇水則發　北台灣入夜有雨

今天大年初四迎財神，中央氣象局指出，清晨中部以北到宜蘭一帶低溫約15到17℃，其他地區在19℃左右，但是中午前後全台高溫仍達24至27℃；但因東北季風增強影響，晚上北部地區將轉為有雨的天氣，建議較晚回到北台灣的民眾，出門時攜帶雨具備用。

氣象局表示，也因東北風增強，台灣沿海空曠地區及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖易有8至10級強陣風出現，浪也較大。南部、東半部地區及中部山區仍有局部短暫雨，但雨勢不太明顯，其他地區雲量也偏多。另，金門、馬祖及西半部地區易出現霧，特別是清晨能見度較差，要搭乘飛機或船隻往返金馬地區的民眾，請注意航班是否正常。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
