玩遙控飛機害女騎士仆街　不認錯被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市39歲廖姓男子今年6月9日下午5時許，在永和區環河東路4段的河濱公園玩遙控飛機，機身卻不偏不倚插入一輛路過的自行車後輪幅條，導致40多歲的陳姓女騎士因車輪卡死瞬間仆街摔傷胸壁，新北地檢署今起訴廖男涉犯過失傷害罪嫌聲請簡判，最重可判刑6月。

陳女當時在公園裡的自行車道上騎單車，廖男堅稱他的遙控飛機不知何故失去動力，已經掉落在車道上，陳女才騎車壓過。

但被問及為何不遠離自行車道操控遙控飛機、為何飛機會突然失去動力等問題，廖男均支吾其詞，且無法與陳女和解。
