到信義區吃古早味鄉村菜

在城市裡想嘗到古早味鄉村菜不太容易，但現在台北最繁華的信義區就吃得到。由天成飯店所經營、位於台北信義區的世貿會館翠庭中餐廳，即日起至10月20日就推出多道古早味鄉村菜，單點80元+10%起。

其中有一道菜名「古早味三角郭」，三角郭又稱金錢仔魚，體型成橢圓而側扁，肉質細致鮮美且少刺，以自製醬冬瓜與薑絲一同蒸製，自然微鹹的口味，帶出甘甜味，是一道講究簡單原味的菜。

其他菜色還有：蒜仔五花肉、福竹桂花筍五花肉、古味瓜仔肉、韭菜煎蛋、蒜頭雞湯、酸菜豬心湯、絲瓜麵線、豬油拌飯等，午餐時段可單點、晚餐採預訂桌菜制，電話：02-2720-0899。
