研究：一塊炸雞　原來僅一半是雞肉

【林奐成╱綜合外電報導】美國有醫學研究指出，快餐店出售的炸雞並非貨真價實，當中只有一半是雞肉。

哥倫比亞廣播公司報導，美國醫學期刊（The American Journal of Medicine）日前刊登密西西比大學醫學中心的研究報告，發現從快餐店購買的2份炸雞，經化驗後證實裡面並非全是雞肉。報告稱，2份炸雞中其中一件，只有一半是雞肉，另一件更只有40%，其他成份則是雞皮、血管組織、內臟、軟骨等。

主持研究的專家稱，炸雞嚴格來說只是雞隻的副產品，大部份都是鹽、糖與脂肪，卡路里相當高，主要銷售對象是孩子，實在令人擔憂。
