美股動盪可逢低布局美股基金

近期美股面臨多重壓力與不確定因素，包括量化寬鬆（QE）前景存疑、敘利亞政治局勢動盪等，且近來美國債務上限問題持續干擾市場，讓美股表現更不穩定。根據理柏資訊，截至10月7日，今年以來美股基金平均報酬率約22%，但近兩周績效受政治因素干擾，平均報酬率-1.21%。投信業者指出，美國政府關門及美債問題均屬短期因素，不需對於美股短期震盪過於擔心，反而可逢低布局美股基金。

國際貨幣基金（IMF）將全球今年成長展望調降為2.9%，並提出警告，美國政府若債務違約，對全球經濟將造成嚴重的傷害。隨著美國債務違約危機逼近，美股大跌，跌幅都超過1%，那斯達克指數甚至跌幅超過2%。不過目前外界普遍認為美國不會出現債務違約狀況，且就算國會真的無法調高舉債上限，美國也不會放任債務出現技術性違約。
