LG在29日舉辦「送希望到偏鄉」活動，與喜憨兒社會福利基金會組成「希望特派員」，一同深入烏來山區的福山國小捐贈營養餐盒

偏遠山區的學童，由於交通因素無法獲得足夠的物資，在學習資源上也不若都市小孩來的豐富；喜憨兒則是另外一群需要幫助的族群，需要社會給予他們公平就業的機會。而在企業的協助下，舉辦了一場由憨兒們製作便當送到偏鄉的活動，不僅為學童們補給營養，也讓憨兒們由「受助者」轉為「幫助者」，並與學童們一起同樂。
LG在29日舉辦「送希望到偏鄉」活動，與喜憨兒社會福利基金會組成「希望特派員」，一同深入烏來山區的福山國小捐贈營養餐盒，並與喜憨兒師傅、國小學童們共同DIY餅乾，體驗餅乾彩繪的樂趣。
▲ LG員工化身希望特派員，與福山國小孩童互動距離台北市區車程一個半小時的烏來山區中，福山國小與世無爭，卻也突顯了交通不便、物資缺乏與就業機會短缺的問題。福山國小全校學生約25人，一個年級約3-6位學童，均來自原住民家庭。
由於離市區路途遙遠，大部分家庭選擇留住山區，將就著零星不穩定的就業機會，加上大部分物資無法順利運送，福山國小的孩童難以有多餘的物質享受。
▲ 喜憨兒師傅教導LG員工與福山國小孩童DIY製作餅乾 LG近年來與喜憨兒社會福利基金會攜手合作，邀請憨兒師傅製作營養餐盒，協助他們工作與生活。此外，也關懷山區學童，認養北中南5所偏鄉小學共285位孩童，捐贈一學期每月一次的活力補給營養餐盒。
LG董事長金柄亨表示，藉由「送希望到偏鄉」活動，可讓員工深入山區小學，關懷孩子們的生活環境；憨兒們親手製作愛心營養餐盒送至偏鄉，擔任小小廚師教導學童做餅乾，也可讓憨兒們充滿成就感。
