【大陸中心／綜合報導】中、美兩國軍艦在南海「險撞」事故才剛平息，中國官媒23日證實，中國首艘航空母艦「遼寧艦」已在南海完成包括潛艇在內的戰鬥編隊聯合演練。專家分析，這顯示中國航母戰鬥群已幾近成形，不但可向南海宣示主權，更有足夠實力對東海或釣魚台列嶼情勢進行反應。

台灣大學政治學博士、全球戰略論壇執行長林宗達分析，中國當局此次刻意披露遼寧艦在南海訓練情勢，不僅是要對外宣告，中國已具備「水面、水下、空中三度空間立體聯合作戰」能力，且具足夠實力的航母戰鬥群也已成形，此外，中國特別選在南海訓練，乃「項莊舞劍意在沛公」，主要是告訴美國與日本，一旦釣魚台海域出事，中國將有完全的能力反擊。
