新店14張區段徵收案已送入內政部都委會審議，預計今年年底審議通過，該區域原本是農田，但因捷運環狀線在此規劃車站，過去有不少建商在此獵地，近一年土地成長每坪10萬元，據當地房仲指出，該區域未來開價每坪上看60萬元。

據台灣房屋統計實價指出，14張區段徵收周為房價一年的漲幅13.3%，而據當地房仲指出，2013年初土地每坪50萬元，現在已經上漲至每坪60萬元，未來建物坪數開價至少要60萬元。(郭寶懃/新北報導)
