導師在教室裝監視器　引學生不滿

高雄市私立中山工商一名石姓導師，見學生常在上課作怪，就在教室電視上方裝行車紀錄器，監視學生一舉一動，學生覺得隱私權嚴重被侵犯，拍照後向《蘋果》爆料，導師受訪表示是出於善意，要觀察學生行為，但家長則痛批「亂來」，人本教育基金會也批評導師沒權利這樣做，已侵犯人權。

石姓導師指出，因部分學生愛作怪，干擾師生上課，本周一早上第三節課才公布要裝監視器，然後在教室電視機上方裝行車紀錄器錄影，當天並無同學反對，因此就裝了。

該班學生說，老師決定的事，誰敢當下反對，若經全班班會通過，或經家長同意裝監視器，那沒話說，老師做法不夠尊重學生，同學很不舒服、很受傷。校方得知此事後認為導師做法不妥，已要求導師將監視器拆下。（林錫淵／高雄報導）
