43歲的港星李嘉欣2008年嫁給香港富商許晉亨，育有3歲多的兒子Jayden，她平常喜歡在微博分享豪門生活，今逢38婦女節，大美人就秀出自拍照，並道賀：「3•8 婦女節 快樂喔！」她身穿白色V領洋裝露出「微乳溝」，胸前「長輩」顯得有些不靠譜，她臉上雖笑得開心，皮膚也還算白嫩光滑，可網友們卻不忍的說「美人怎麼會瘦成這樣」？「太瘦了吧！多吃點」！「瘦得不太健康，長點肉更好」！趁著今日婦女節，就在這提醒大美人除了要繼續當個好媽咪外，更別忘了得好好照顧自己呀～（沈佩霖／綜合報導）
