102學年度高中籃球聯賽（HBL）總決賽8日男子組首戰，「鐵人五虎將」屏東高中演出「爆冷」戲碼，以82：80扳倒頭號種子三民家商，宣告自己才是「南霸天」，同時闖進睽違15年的冠軍賽！

只有5名可用之兵的屏中經過半個多月休養生息，體能、傷兵問題稍獲解決，無論半場進攻、快攻都表現精彩。

八強賽時，三民首戰敗給屏中，但此役面對對手同樣祭出「Box-1」盯死主控鍾嘉衡的戰術似乎還是無法適應，節奏凌亂，只靠著陳柏良、侯承翰單打取分。

最後5分鐘，主控曾勇誥接連抄截、快攻，連得6分，助隊拉出9：0攻勢，從追平到領先7分，奠定勝基。

屏中全場抓下20個進攻籃板，多了三民將近1倍，「屏東魔獸」鄭德維擺脫學測失常陰霾，繳出16分、15籃板，力扛三民「天龍陣」。
