網友Kuso　必要時摧毀總統府　防北七外洩

【許麗珍／台北報導】總統馬英九昨接見來台「中日工程技術研討會」日本學者時，語出驚人表示核電廠已建立一套斷然處置措施，當核電廠有接近失控的危機時，可把電廠整個摧毀，避免輻射外洩，引發網友議論，還有網友以「必要時我摧毀總統府，防止北七外洩」的Kuso漫畫反諷核電廠摧毀說。
 
這張Kuso漫畫今下午在臉書上（http://tinyurl.com/qzmymgb）引發網友討論，有網友說「北七好像已經失控」，也有網友說「記得帶道士，因為聽說那棟建築冤氣很重。」《蘋果》記者則無法取得張貼Kuso漫畫的網友說法。
