想請問有這樣的經驗嗎？ 擔任小公司的外地銷售業務 面試20k一個月 公司支付油錢餐費 高抽成獎金制度 丟一組產品+名片型錄給你 自己去陌生銷售 有意購買客戶連絡自己 業務再將客戶資料轉給公司記錄業績 給客戶自己公司的匯款帳號 由公司收款直接發貨 業務手上沒有交易金錢流 直到下個月支薪日 刷存摺遲遲沒有薪資入帳 也發現到沒有加就業勞健保 打電話問公司 回應說銷售成績不亮眼 試用期內不支付薪資 直接以該組示範產品當作慰問獎 有人遇過這樣的情形嗎？ -- no comment. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.184.105.22
