前交通部長郭瑤琪涉貪被判刑8年定讞，她前天以有心臟疾病為由，向台北地檢署聲請暫緩執行，北檢執行科昨天向醫院調閱郭的病歷及醫囑後，認為沒有確切證據證明有暫緩執行的事由，駁回郭的聲請，郭必須在今天上午報到發監。
