薛楷莉前夫顏冠得與小三通姦　各判刑3個月

前主播薛楷莉與前夫顏冠得爆婚變，薛楷莉控告顏冠得和外遇對象簡皓宜通姦，經台北地檢署調查，顏、簡兩人承認發生性關係，台北地院審酌後，依通姦、相姦罪各判刑3月。

顏冠得、薛楷莉結婚9年，育有一女，去年2月傳婚外情，事後薛堅持提告兩人妨害家庭，且訴請離婚獲准。8月薛楷莉又大動作開記者會，指責顏冠得蓄意殺人，甚至拳毆5歲女兒，家事風波鬧不停，當時小三簡皓宜曾現身向薛楷莉道歉，薛一度心軟，最終決定不撤告。

北檢調查時，顏冠得、簡皓宜承認在去年1月19日、2月2日與2月9日發生3次性關係。台北地院認定兩人侵害家庭婚姻法益，依通姦、相姦罪各判處3月徒刑，均可易科罰金。

另外，簡皓宜還因向媒體記者爆料，指控薛楷莉精神不正常、有暴力傾向等，涉及誹謗部分，由於已賠償薛楷莉損害而獲撤告，因此公訴不受理，全案可上訴。
