劉若英夜夜操肌　43歲素顏骨感

43歲的劉若英（奶茶）和中國商人鍾石結婚2年多，肚皮依舊靜悄悄，婚後減少工作享受生活的她昨晚在微博po運動後滿臉汗水的照片說：「每天收工，只要是健身房還沒休息，我就堅持去運動。今天身心特別累，去前掙扎好久，弄弄這弄弄那的，總想找個偷懶的藉口。但最後想想，有些事，能盡力，沒有盡力，後悔的絕對是自己。記得我說過『堅持，很辛苦，不堅持，很痛苦』。此時，汗流浹背是開心的！」
 
照片中素顏的她看起來又更瘦了，粉絲擔心地說：「妳要長點肉了，奶茶！上鏡頭都這麼瘦！」還有人要她「注意腿上的舊傷！適量休息」。就怕她為了當「健人」操壞了自己。（黃于珊／綜合報導）
