前法務部長曾勇夫因涉嫌關說，請辭獲准，民進黨主席蘇貞昌表明絕不護短，但另一方面懷疑檢調膽敢監聽立法院長王金平，認為簡直就是政治內鬥，但國民黨立委對王金平被控關說，紛紛跳出來護航，而民進黨主席蘇貞昌則表示，一旦有關說事證，絕不護短。
