標題[閒聊] Leader的特質?

想請問各位，若你的部門必須從中挑出一個帶頭的 特質如下 A. 1.能力中上 2.態度散漫藉口多 3.目前為止只做過兩份工作(穩定性高) 4.無企圖心 5.口才好、嘴甜 B. 1.能力中等 2.態度積極責任感強 3.目前為止做過七份工作(常跳槽) 4.無企圖心 5.講話直有啥說啥 大家覺得A或B適合當部門的主要Leader?? 因為原本離職的同事走了，剛好他能力好態度又積極、 也滿有企圖心的。之前他當leader時我真的是心服口服 我一直覺得leader有企圖心是最重要的 再來能力也不能差，否則怎麼說服下面的人 態度也不能隨便，否則只能帶人無法帶心.. 想聽聽大家的看法，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.183.91
