賣100元罰2.5萬　業者售枸杞酒違菸酒法

【曾佳俊／新北報導】冬天進補，小心補壞健康！新北市政府接獲多位民眾檢舉，從9月至今查獲8起私酒案件，內容包羅萬象，涵蓋有枸杞酒、虎頭蜂酒與藥酒，大都以夜市中羊肉爐、藥燉排骨等業者販賣為主，甚至大剌剌掛上招牌攬客，財政局表示，業者應取得財政部核發的酒製造業許可執照後，才能產製，若無，除成品及半成品合計未超過100公升且僅供自用免罰外，其他皆屬私酒行為，一旦經查獲，將依《菸酒管理法》裁處5萬元以上罰鍰，私酒及器具予以沒入。

財政局指出，目前8件案例中有5件驗出含超過0.5%的酒精含量，確定為私酒，均遭罰款2.5萬元，另3件仍在送驗當中，而寒流報到，業者用酒進補數量大增，呼籲切勿以身試法，民眾應該審慎食用，免得喝到假酒傷身體；此外，民眾如有發現確切違法情事，可打市府菸酒檢舉專線0800-539529，或財政部免付費檢舉專線0800-867890檢舉。
