民進黨回應柯文哲：初選辦法只有一種

台大醫師柯文哲今晚發表聲明表示，自己從未講過「堅不入黨」，也「從未排除代表民進黨」，他並要求民進黨給一個統一、清楚、確定之答覆，他願一起為在野整合努力。民進黨發言人林俊憲回應，民進黨的縣市長初選辦法是經過中執會通過，「辦法只有一種」，任何人入黨後都可向徵詢小組表達參選的意願，之後就可參與後續協調、初選；因採「全徵召」方式，所以並不受「兩年入黨」的限制即可參與初選。

林俊憲也說，民進黨尊重柯文哲是否入黨的意願，但民進黨會按照黨內機制及辦法走完初選程序，至於有沒有二階段民調或其他整合方式，也須經過黨內的決策機制來決定，不是誰說了算。
