茄萣烏魚文化節將登場　烏魚子價格漲兩成

【陳宏瑞／高雄報導】高市茄萣區烏魚文化節14日將在興達港情人碼頭登場，區公所公所在活動當天將準備限量的黃金烏魚米粉供民眾享用，民眾也可向特約餐廳訂購每桌5000元的烏魚大餐。受到物資波動的影響，今年烏魚子的價格大約上漲兩成，而茄萣區漁會也將推出原本1200元的烏魚子，以特價900元優惠。
 
茄萣區長曾石城表示，烏魚是台灣漁民的好朋友，每年冬至前後10天都會迴游到台灣沿海，茄萣沿海由於海底地形的變化，烏魚群又特別集結，因此茄萣不僅盛產肥美的烏魚，還有金黃色澤的高品質烏魚子。
 
茄萣區漁會表示，今年從茄萣漁港處理的烏魚大約已有5、6萬尾，目前濕的烏魚子大約每台斤1200到1300元左右，至於乾的烏魚子，價格則從1200到3000元不等，民眾來參加烏魚文化節，也可順便採購物美價廉的烏魚子當伴手禮。
