【王鈞生／台中報導】台中基地造景蔚為風潮，目前基地更應景的增添耶誕裝飾，吸引路過民眾拍照觀賞。豐碩廣告總經理吳致遠指出，由於台中購屋族看重品牌形象，加上現在建照取得至少要花8個月以上，因此建商多以基地形象廣告取代馬路看板，更具有說服力、發揮空間也較大。

台中大型造景如慶仁建設以「小鹿」為主題，搭配小屋與耶誕樹，塑造溫馨的品牌意象；新建商磐鈺建設則以綠化「椅」作為想像空間，由鉅建設則以NOW & FOREVER為主題出發，塑造永恆價值。吳致遠指出，基地造景的包裝手法勢必成為趨勢。
