觀審示範法庭任務完滿　陳朱貴開心回鄉

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義和士林地方法院為人民觀審的示範法庭，嘉義地院院長陳朱貴，在嘉義已近4年，完成人民觀審階段任務，將於本月18日調任台中高分院擔任庭長，這是他第三度回鍋台中，他的夫人陳慧珠現為台中高分檢檢察官，今天開心的說：「夫妻總算能夠團員了」。
 
陳朱貴（58歲）和陳慧珠同是司法官特考22期同學，陳朱貴擔任法官從台東、台南、台中地院，再到澎湖、台南地院當庭長，之後到高雄高分院、台中高分院當庭長，再回到最高法院任辦事，4年前派到嘉義地方法院當院長。
 
中興法律系、文化大學法研所畢業的陳朱貴，今年考上東海大學法律博士班，但為了推展人民觀審先辦休學。篤信佛教的陳朱貴皈依證嚴法師，並由星雲法師受五誡；證嚴法師要他「縮小自已」，他認為人應該懂得謙恭並體恤別人。
 
澎湖出生的陳朱貴也謹記母親叮嚀，「螃蟹沒腳不能走」，要他牢記團隊和協的重要；陳朱貴在嘉義地院的領導風格備受同仁推崇。
