被免除檢察長職務　陳守煌：「感恩」

【法庭中心／台北報導】行政院下午已經核定免去高檢署檢察長陳守煌職務，陳守煌傍晚知悉後，在高檢署檢察長辦公室門口表示：「感恩！」不過，他仍強調清白，堅稱沒接受關說，並說：「仰不愧於天、俯不怍於人」。

陳守煌說：「人生沒有太多的應該，只有感謝」，調任最高檢察署檢察官會有更多的時間看事情、看書，沒有什麼不好，他相信「長官是英明睿智的」。另一位被懲處警告的高檢署檢察官林秀濤則對法務部的懲處「不回應」。
