京站百貨改裝 年營收目標63億元

日勝生集團子公司京站百貨，訂定今年營收目標要達63億元，和去年年營收約59億元相比，年成長約6%，整體成長目標趨於保守，京站百貨總經理柯愫吟表示，目標訂保守，是希望有更多時間、空間，培養同仁抓住現在的流行脈動，同時將進行兩波改裝，第一波春季改裝以完成40個櫃位，計畫8月將進行第二波改裝。

柯愫吟表示，春季改裝參考日本時下流行趨勢，鎖定台北市都會客層，推出「療癒系」的櫃位，例如京站自己經營的咖啡廳，推出「鳥 咖啡」，以低熱量輕負擔的咖啡、輕食，吸引輕熟女的青睞。另外，下月將引進日本烏龍麵名店「橫井製麵所」，強調每天手工現做烏龍麵，主打健康客層。
