我在求職的時候，也投了幾家派遣公司，一開始都會被邀請先到派遣公司 面試，它們也都會要求你填寫它們公司自己的履歷表，也會簽一些個資法文件 通常內容也包含，可以要求刪除資料。 最後反而上的是其他工作，跟派遣無關的，有幾家打電話去要求刪除資料它們都 馬上說會幫我們刪除 只有一家叫藝X的(外商)，刪除資料手續非常的多， 例如要到公司簽約之類的，跟它們說在上班不方便，他們就用email寄給我一個表要填寫 填寫完還要再附上ID掃描寄過去，看了文件內容還是要填寫個資阿(上面還說保留五年。 ) 當初簽約個資法+履歷表時都還不用附ID 我突然覺得根本個資就是留在它們公司，有刪跟沒刪沒差別，是我不懂HR或是派遣的情況嗎? 有沒有相關經驗的大大來分享一下 謝謝!(不方便講的話私信也可以) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.226.144
