新北餐廳沙拉 大腸桿菌超標

新北市政府衛生局抽驗歡樂牛排汐止店、貴族世家汐止店、新店北新路丹堤咖啡的蔬菜沙拉都不合格，大腸桿菌群超過標準。

新北市府衛生局8月抽驗餐飲業與便利超商蔬果沙拉，抽查25件有5件大腸桿菌超標，經給予1週限期改善，未料複檢時，仍發現上述3家的田園蔬菜沙拉、生菜沙拉加千島醬，大腸桿菌群超過標準。

衛生局表示，將依違反食品衛生管理法，對業者各處分新台幣3萬元罰鍰。

衛生局食品藥物管理科表示，大腸桿菌及大腸桿菌群若超標，代表食品在製程中，可能因人員的衛生、疏忽、食材、器具或包裝過程受到污染。

衛生局也要求業者加強衛生自主管理，對於複查仍不合格者，依法處罰鍰。
