勘驗錄影證詞 特偵反駁林秀濤

（中央社記者劉世怡台北6日電）曾勇夫涉關說案，特偵組今天晚間表示，經勘驗錄影、錄音內容，本案證人林秀濤證詞與筆錄內容相符，反駁林秀濤今天說法。

法務部長曾勇夫涉嫌接受關說案，關鍵未提上訴的高檢署檢察官林秀濤今天表示，她是基督徒，不會說謊，但特偵組引用她的證詞，卻曲解她的意思，還對特偵組指她未調卷一事表示，她有調卷，接受特偵組偵訊也有說，對此十分不解。

最高法院檢察署特別偵查組晚間表示，檢察官於訊問證人林秀濤時，有全程錄音、錄影，林秀濤在接受訊問完畢後，有閱覽並簽名具結。

特偵組說，經勘驗錄影、錄音內容，林秀濤證詞與筆錄內容相符。1020906
