各位您好 小弟魯蛇雲科學士電機畢 黃光設備三年半的背景 由於學歷不高，面試過程狂碰壁 目前offer兩個，還麻煩各位指點一下 公司 艾克爾 世界先進 職位 Bumping設備 黃光設備 薪水 39k*14 41k*16 + + (月獎金0~2k) 分紅 (依表現給) + 季獎金 班別 一樣都是常日及夜班互輪 廠區 桃園龍潭 竹科 交通 租屋 租屋 關於艾克爾薪資部分 基本上保障14個月 額外還有季獎金的部分 而這部分主管說看表現給 所以他不敢保證我拿多少 而世界先進就保障16個月再加上分紅 照這兩家薪資這樣給，絕對比我現在年收6X會來的高 而小弟目前在竹科工作中 所以世界先進的話，對於環境我很熟悉 想問問各位給點意見 非常謝謝您們! -- ※ 編輯: bz137 來自: 113.61.137.170 (09/06 21:58)
